The questions Earmio answers
Six everyday questions about your own day. Each one describes planned behaviour, and each one can be explored in the sample day.
- 01
Where did I go?
A map and visit list for your day, with arrival and departure times and how sure Earmio is about each one.
- 02
What did I do?
A timeline of activities you log or confirm, where missing time stays a visible gap instead of a guess.
- 03
Who did I talk to?
Saved conversations with transcripts, speakers, and summaries that link back to what was actually said.
- 04
What did I promise?
Commitments found in conversations are proposals first. Nothing becomes a task until you confirm it.
- 05
Which routines help me use my time well?
Habits you define and check in yourself, with patterns shown as associations and the evidence behind each.
- 06
How should I plan tomorrow?
A planner for priorities and time blocks, with draft plans you review and nothing scheduled behind your back.

Built around your watch
Earmio is designed so that your watch does the capturing, if you choose to turn that on, and the web app does the thinking. This is the intended design. It still needs to be proven on real devices.
Listening
Not connected
Location
Not connected
-
Google Pixel Watch
Planned microphone and optional GPS
Designed to be the primary microphone, with optional location that you switch on separately. Start, pause, stop, and quick-correction controls are planned for the watch itself.
-
Web app and installable PWA
Review, planning, and settings
Where you look back over your day, plan the next one, correct mistakes, and manage settings. It is installable on a phone or desktop, and it is not designed to capture audio or location.
-
Optional earbuds
Only for translation you ask for
Bluetooth earbuds connected to the watch, used only when you explicitly start translation. Nothing else in Earmio needs them.
Not yet validated on real devices
- Battery life
- On-watch storage
- GPS accuracy
- Audio routing to earbuds
Earmio makes no promise about any of these yet. There is no custom phone app, and leaving the web app open will not capture anything.
Privacy is the design
These are design rules for features that do not exist yet. They are written down first, so that they shape Earmio before any real data does.
- 01
Separate consent for each capability
Listening, location, transcription, voice matching, calendar, AI, translation, and cloud processing each get their own switch. Turning one on never turns another on.
- 02
An explicit stop always wins
A stop, a pause, a denied permission, or an ended session beats reconnection, restarts, schedules, and guesses.
- 03
Honest status: Pending is not Stopped
If a stop request has not reached your watch yet, Earmio is designed to say Pending, and to explain that capture may continue until it arrives.
- 04
Manual features work with every sensor off
Activities, habits, plans, and notes are designed to work without the microphone, location, calendar, or AI.
- 05
Deletion shows its full scope first
Before anything is forgotten, you see every affected recording, transcript, summary, pattern, and backup, so you can choose what goes.
- 06
Export in open formats
Planned exports use CSV, JSON, GPX, and GeoJSON, with audio kept separate. Your history is not meant to be locked in.
- 07
Privacy controls are never behind an upgrade
Stop, pause, retention, export, and deletion are designed to be available to everyone, whatever else changes later.
- 08
No covert capture
Listening is designed to start off, to show a visible status when it is on, and to remind you to tell the people around you.
Questions, answered plainly
Can I use Earmio today?
No. Earmio is a preview. You can explore every screen with sample data, but nothing works yet: there is no sign-up, no recording, and no tracking. Each feature is marked Coming soon until it exists.
Is anything recorded when I open the preview?
No. The preview does not record audio, track your location, or save anything about your visit. The servers tell your browser to deny microphone, location, and camera access to these pages. The only thing the preview app remembers is two display choices, theme and sample mode, and they stay on your own device.
What does it cost?
The planned plans are Free $0, Personal $19.99 and Power $79.99 USD per month, with 1 GB of hosted archive free and 100 GB on paid plans. Plans and storage are Coming soon: there is no checkout, no trial and no payment of any kind yet, so there is nothing to buy. Details are on the pricing page.
Do I need a phone app?
No. A custom phone app is not planned. The watch is designed to be the microphone, and the web app, which you can install as a PWA on a phone or desktop, is where you review and plan.
Which watch?
Earmio is designed around Google Pixel Watch. It has not been validated on a real watch yet, so read that as a design direction and not as a compatibility promise.
